GutterPros is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent gutter repair and installation contractors. We do not perform gutter services directly. All work is performed by independent service providers in our network.
While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any services performed by independent contractors in our network. Any disputes regarding service quality should be resolved directly with the service provider.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of Klax 1 LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GutterPros and Klax 1 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services obtained through the Site.
